The official movie website for Untraceable with Diane Lane is….kind of fun, especially the game!. Five small images pop up once you enter the site, they’re lined up next to each other and each shows a different image and represents a link. When you put your cursor over the image you want to click on, all 5 images change to show a piece of an action sequence from the movie. Simple, and neat. Now for the links, the first is a link for you to watch the Untraceable trailer, the fourth link is to see movie stills, and the fifth link is for a movie synopses about Untraceable (Special FBI Agent Jennifer Marsh pursues an internet predator that displays graphic murders on his website; the website has a twist – the more hits the site gets, the faster the victims die).

(SPOILER ALERT: The Killwithme password and username are listed below at the end of this paragraph…do not read if you don’t want to know!!!….)
Now, on to the more interesting links on the website…the second link takes you to the best feature of the Untracebale website- to play the Cyber Crimes Game…this is a great game!! When you click on the link, a window opens up greeting you and thanking you for joining Jennifer Marsh’s Cyber Crime Task Force. The window is made to look like a Live Briefing from KWM.com, and it looks as though you are running your computer on the FCCTF Intranet system. A chat from the criminal (Killwithme) pops up, teasing and taunting you as you play some games in order to figure out killwithme’s username and password to login and stop the crime. The first game is a memory/matching game, the next is a game of hangman, after that is a “find these objects in the room game” and the last is a puzzle game. Solve all of these to get the username and password! SPOILER: the (kill with me) killwithme password and username are: username: owen / password: 012508

The website also has a link to “ask an FBI agent”. Clicking on this link will take you to a page where you can ask cyber crime expert former Special Agent Ernest “E.J.” Hilbert II questions about cyber crimes. Check out the statistics while your’e there – like Up to 50% of adult Americans will fall victim to Identity theft in the next 10 years. This is a good website, the only real problem I have is that there are no downloads! No aim icons, buddy icons, wallpapers or screensavers! That’s what docked the site a point in the ranking stars.
