Oceans Teacher Curriculum

The movie website for Oceans is put up by Disney Nature, and is probably just what you’re imagining for a Disney Nature website – lots of cool ocean video graphics and soothing music. The site is a great place for parents or teachers to find educational fun activities for kids – a “for educators” link includes educational materials great for a teacher such as an Activity Book about the animals and habitats in Oceans, a suggested teacher curriculum which can be combined with an interactive whiteboard, an Oceans murals contest, and a Behind the Waves education series! If you’re not really interested in learning anything, the website does have some really beautiful downloads featuring creatures of the sea including a screensaver, movie wallpapers, and aim icons!

Movie Synopses: Oceans comes from DisneyNature, and follows directors Jacques Perrin and Jacques Cluzaud and is narrated by Pierce Brosnan and goes into the ocean exploring the beauties found therein.
