The Princess Bride

The Princess Bride is a movie about a woman named Buttercup who has agreed to marry Prince Humperdink but is kidnapped by some outlaws before she can be married. Her former love Westley - aka - Dread Pirate Roberts - returns to rescue her. There are all kinds of obstacles in Westley's way, and you soon find that the land that Buttercup and Westley live in is not like our land - it's somewhat enchanted with all kind of things from "Rodents of Unusal Size" to shrieking eels, to fire swamps to overcome. Will the Dread Pirate Roberts rescue his true love? Interestingly the whole story is told by a grandfather "reading a story" or fairy tale of the events of Buttercup and Westley to his grandson.
