While I’m sure Michael Jackson’s This Is It movie will be very good, the website leaves fans a little flat. I keep visiting and revisiting to see if anything new will be added, but alas, so little for fans to do there. No downloads, no wallpapers, and no AIM Icons – and let’s face it, downloads are what fans are really looking for from This Is It. But, there is one part that is pretty good – the best part of the site is the link to the This Is It Fans Michael Jackson Fan Photo Mosaic where you upload your own photo to have it added to a mosaic of all photos – the mosaic will be finalized and released on October 22. The rest of the movie website is just basic. There is a trailer to watch (they only give us one), and a whole bunch of links to other fan websites, as well as links to the movie Facebook page, the This Is It Myspace Page, and a link to buy tickets for the movie’s limited two week run.

SMR Overall Recommendation: Upload your picture to the fan Mosaic and find a movie theater, then leave to see the movie, no need to hang around! You’re not going to have much fun on this site – but I’m sure the movie will be great!

  1. Coming out in only a couple of weeks is the new Warner Brothers movie The Box, starring Cameron Diaz. A quick visit to the movie website brings up a trailer which presents a movie that looks very intriguing. From here you can click the Enter link to go
